As part of the Customer Facing Team, I was responsible for building and maintaining the frontend architecture of Ancoria Bank's mobile and web applications. Collaborated with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
- Worked with the backend and REST teams in order to design and develop a high performance web application for the bank that uses React, TypeScript and GraphQl.
- Developed a robust SCSS based library with 70+ utility classes and 25+ reusable components. to enhance development speed and development experience.
- Refactored and optimized legacy code, which improved overall performance of the mobile app by ~30%, and greatly improved the user experience.
- Contributed to the development of software development best practices and coding standards by sharing knowledge acquired from previous experiences.
- Maintained up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in software engineering by studying and experimenting with new technologies during days with low workload.
